摘要 为评判黄土山区冲沟地形桥梁下部结构的安全风险水平,首先基于山西省吕梁山区4条高速公路上的174座桥梁下部结构的实地调查结果进行安全风险识别,建立黄土山区冲沟地形桥梁下部结构的安全风险多层次评价指标体系;然后采用层次分析-模糊综合评判(AHP-FCE)方法估计黄土山区冲沟地形桥梁下部结构的安全风险概率和风险损失,即基于层次分析法确定各评价指标权重,应用模糊综合评价法进行多层次综合评判,并基于风险概率和风险损失估计值,通过建立黄土山区冲沟地形桥梁下部结构的安全风险评价矩阵,得到其整体安全风险水平,并提出相应的安全风险水平接受准则;最后使用该评价方法对黄土山区冲沟地形某大桥下部结构的整体安全风险水平进行了评价。结果表明:该评价方法适用于黄土山区冲沟地形桥梁下部结构的安全风险评判,有助于防范与化解黄土山区冲沟地形桥梁下部结构的安全风险,减少由此产生的损失。 In order to evaluate the safety risk level of bridge substructure in gulch topography of loess hilly area, this paper establishes a multi-layer safety risk assessment index system of bridge substructure by risk identification process based on investigation results of 4 expressways, 174 bridges in Lv-Liang hilly area of Shanxi province.Then the paper applies the Analytic Hierarchy Process & Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(AHP-FCE) method to estimating the risk probability and risk loss of bridge substructure in gulch topography of loess hilly area, obtains the weighting coefficient of the indexes by the AHP method and realizes multi-layer comprehensive evaluation by Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation.Finally, the paper obtains the integrated risk level and proposes safety risk acceptance criterion by developing of bridge substructure in gulch topography of loess hilly area based on the computed values of risk probability and risk loess, and conducts safety risk assessment of the substructure of a bridge in gulch topography of loess hilly area.The research shows that the risk evaluating method is suitable for evaluating the safety risk of bridge substructure in gulch topography of loess hilly area, which is helpful to prevent and resolve the safety risk of bridge substructure in gulch topography of loess hilly area.
