摘要
本文通过文献资料分析、实地调查研究等方式,在总结分析各地河湖长制工作的经验与存在问题基础上,提出了强化河湖长制流域统筹、建立流域河湖长制协作机制、完善河湖长制监督考核机制、推进流域监测监控与信息共享等意见与建议。
Through literature analysis,field investigation and research,this paper summarizes and analyzes the experience and existing problems of river and lake chief system work in various places,and proposes to strengthen the overall planning of river and lake chief system and basin,establish a river and lake chief system cooperation mechanism,Opinions and suggestions on improving the supervision and assessment mechanism of the river and lake chief system,and promoting river basin monitoring,monitoring and information sharing.
