不同处理方法对油茶扦插繁殖的影响

Effects of Different Treatments on the Cutting Propagation of Camellia oleifera

为研究不同处理方法对油茶扦插的影响,以半木质化的枝条作为插穗,设置2种生根剂和3种基质,研究油茶插穗生根率、生根数量和单根长度,以及插穗可溶性糖、淀粉和可溶性蛋白含量。结果表明,不同处理方式对油茶扦插生根特性及内含物质影响显著,NAA浓度为500 mg/L、基质为河沙∶黄心土=1∶2的处理生根率、生根数量和根系长度表现较好,且该处理的可溶性糖含量较高、淀粉含量较低,说明插穗物质代谢较为旺盛,是较好的扦插处理方式。

In this paper, a study was made on the effects of different treatments on the cutting propagation of Camellia oleifera, using the semi-lignified branches as cuttings, treated with 2 rooting agents and 3 different mediums to study the rooting rate, root number,single-root length and the contents of soluble sugar, starch and soluble protein of the cuttings. The results showed that different treatments had significant effects on the rooting characters and inclusions of the cuttings. The good rooting rate, root number and the length of the root system could be achieved with the treatment of NAA(concentration 500 mg/L) and medium(river sand : yellow subsoil=1:2), and the high soluble sugar content and low starch content of the cuttings displayed their vigorous material metabolism, showing this treatment is good.
