摘要
蜚蠊作为重要的媒介生物可传播多种病原体,也是变应性皮肤病、过敏性鼻炎、哮喘等呼吸道疾病的重要变应原。随着气候变暖、经济不断发展及人口、物流的世界性高速流动,促使蜚蠊在全球范围内扩散,其引起的骚扰、污染和变应性疾病的危害,正被人们重新认识且日益受到关注。近年来,病原学、血清学、分子生物学等检测技术的不断进步,以及计算机条形码技术等相关交叉学科的快速发展,对蜚蠊的分类学、病原学、蜚蠊相关免疫性疾病及防制技术发展,均有巨大的促进作用。本文对近年来,在蜚蠊病原学、变应性疾病检测技术以及蜚蠊防制技术和防制理念领域的研究进展作一综述,以期为后续开展系统的蜚蠊病原学监测和蜚蠊变应性疾病的综合防制,提供基础资料和技术支持。
Cockroach, as an important vector, can transmit a variety of pathogens, and is also an important allergen of respiratory diseases such as allergic skin disease, allergic rhinitis and asthma.With the global warming, economic development and rapid flow of population and logistics, cockroach has been spreading around the world.The harm of harassment, pollution and allergic diseases caused by cockroach has been recognized and paid more and more attention.In recent years, the continuous progress of detection technologies such as etiology, serology and molecular biology, as well as the rapid development of computer bar code technology and other related cross-disciplines have greatly promoted the development of cockroach taxonomy, etiology, cockroach related immune disease research and control technology.This article reviews recent research progress in the fields of cockroach etiology, allergic disease detection technology, cockroach prevention control technology and control concepts, in order to provide basic data and technical support for the follow-up systematic cockroach etiology monitoring and comprehensive control of cockroach allergic diseases.
