摘要
随着服务经济时代的到来,实体书店纷纷开始借助于“书店+”的跨界经营模式从传统的“图书零售商”向“文化消费服务空间”的概念转变。文章从服务设计理念出发,通过分析当下国内文创书店的发展现状与困境,提出服务设计理念融入文创书店设计的3种发展路径:基于用户画像的定制化服务设计;围绕消费逻辑的服务“触点”关系梳理;依托地域文化的特色服务打造,以期为文创书店的进一步发展提供参考。
With the advent of the service economy era,physical bookstores have begun to use the"bookstore+"cross-border business model to transform from the traditional"book retailer"to the concept of"cultural consumer service space".Starting from the concept of service design,the article analyzes the current development status and difficulties of domestic cultural and creative bookstores,and proposes three development paths for integrating the service design concept into the design of cultural and creative bookstores:customized service design based on user portraits;services around consumption logic in the relationship between"touch points"is sorted out;it is built by relying on the characteristic service of regional culture.It is expected to provide a reference for the further development of cultural and creative bookstores.
