包装印刷行业的余热回收再利用技术现状及展望

摘要 随着化石燃料燃烧和温室气体(如二氧化碳、一氧化二氮)排放引起的全球变暖,气候变化已被确定为对人类社会可持续发展、公共健康和环境的威胁。要减少温室气体排放,除了从源头上尽量减少产生废热外,还应采用综合的方式进行废热管理,即废热收集和回收。印刷行业是耗能大户,对电、水、纸、塑料等的消耗较大,生产过程的疏忽会对能源及资源造成极大浪费,节能牵涉到印刷工艺的技术创新和产品的升级换代,也贯穿印刷设备更新改造的全过程。印刷厂在生产过程中会产生大量的余热,选择合适的换热设备和回收措施,将生产过程中的余热收集利用,可实现节能减排,促进印刷企业的高效环保生产和循环经济发展。文章对余热升级、发电、制冷和热能储存的发展进行了综述。余热回收再利用技术能全面、有效地回收废热,具有很大的发展前景。 With the global warming caused by the burning of fossil fuels and the emission of greenhouse gases(such as carbon dioxide and nitrous oxide),climate change has been identified as a threat to the sustainable development of human society,public health and the environment.To reduce greenhouse gas emissions,in addition to minimizing waste heat at the source,a comprehensive approach to waste heat management,namely waste heat collection and recycling,should also be adopted.The printing industry is a big energy consumer,and consumes a lot of electricity,water,paper,plastics,etc.The negligence of the production process will cause a great waste of energy and resources.Energy saving involves the technological innovation of the printing process and the upgrading of products.Throughout the entire process of printing equipment renewal.Printing plants will generate a lot of waste heat during the production process.Choose appropriate heat exchange equipment and recovery measures to collect and use the waste heat during the production process,which can achieve energy saving and emission reduction,and promote the efficient and environmentally friendly production of printing enterprises and the development of circular economy.The article reviews the development of waste heat upgrade,power generation,refrigeration and thermal energy storage.Waste heat recovery and reuse technology can fully and effectively recover waste heat and has great development prospects.
