摘要
当今市场上的餐饮空间设计存在同质化现象,空间功能单一,主题不明确,使消费体验趋于平淡。传统餐饮空间模式已经无法满足当今消费者的需求。文章依据目前餐饮店设计现状,在情感体验理论的基础上,进行情感体验下的餐饮空间设计构建研究,并结合实际设计案例剖析情感体验在当今餐饮空间设计中占位的重要性,旨在得出基于情感体验的多元化、个性化、互动性的餐饮空间设计研究结论,为餐饮空间更好地进行设计实践提供相应的理论认识和参考。
There is a homogenization phenomenon in the design of dining space in the market today,with a single space function and an unclear theme,which makes the consumer experience tend to be flat.The traditional dining space model can no longer meet the needs of today's consumers.Based on the current status of restaurant design and the theoretical characteristics of emotional experience,the article puts forward a theory of the characteristics of dining space design and construction under emotional experience,and analyzes it in combination with actual design cases.The importance of emotional experience occupying a place in today's dining space design aims to draw research conclusions based on the diversified,personalized and interactive dining space design theory based on emotional experience,so as to provide better design practice for dining spaces corresponding theoretical understanding and reference.
