摘要
以福州市上下杭历史文化街区为研究对象,建立物质空间、人类舒适度、交通可达性、外部影响、安全设施等5个准则层及历史建筑占比、绿化覆盖率等14个指标层的评价指标体系,基于GIS等技术获取上述指标并予以评分,通过拉格朗日函数优化组合层次分析法、熵值法得到指标的权重,由此定量评价福州市上下杭历史文化街区的保护状况.结果表明,福州市上下杭历史文化街区保护的综合得分为0.58,为中等水平.其中,物质空间和人类舒适度指标的得分较低,均为0.51,表明该街区与社区的协调性有待加强;交通可达性的得分为0.68,表明该街区交通较便捷,且车辆限行为该地保护提供了有效屏障;外部环境的得分为0.61,表明其对该街区的影响较小;安全设施的得分为1,说明其分布合理,利于保护历史建筑及保证居民游客的出行安全.
Taking Fuzhou Shangxiahang historical and cultural district as the researching object,the article established the evaluation indicator system including 5 criterion levels:physical space,human comfort,accessibility,exterior impact,and safety features,and 14 indicator levels covering percentage of historic buildings,greenery coverage,etc,which were obtained and scored based on GIS and other technologies.It obtained the weights of indicators by hierarchical analysis of Lagrangian function optimization combination and entropy value method,and quantitatively evaluated the protection status of Shangxiahang historical and cultural blocks in Fuzhou.The results show that the comprehensive score of Shangxiahang historical and cultural district protection is 0.58,which is a medium level.The scores of material space and human comfort index are low,both of which are 0.51,indicating that the neighborhood’s coordination with the community needs to be improved;The traffic accessibility score of 0.68 indicates that the neighbourhood is more convenient and that vehicle restrictions provide an effective barrier for the protection of the site;the score of external environment is 0.61 shows low impact on the neighborhood;The score of 1 for the security installations indicates that they are well distributed and helpful for preserving historic buildings and ensuring safe travel for residents and visitors.
