2000年以来宁夏储蓄存款影响因素实证分析

An Empirical Analysis of Factors Influencing Deposits in Ningxia since 2000

结合宁夏经济发展特色、储蓄发展特点,通过OLS多元线性回归模型,分析宁夏储蓄存款的影响因素.结果表明,宁夏储蓄存款与人均可支配收入、房屋价格、65岁以上人口数量呈正相关,实际利率与宁夏储蓄存款呈负相关.为推动宁夏储蓄存款对当地经济的发展,提出加强居民理财意识,优化产业资源配置,完善社会保障制度体系,鼓励金融科技创新的相关建议.

Combining the characteristics of economic development and savings development in Ningxia,the influencing factors of deposits in Ningxia through OLS multiple linear regression model are analyzed.The results show that deposits in Ningxia are positively correlated with per capita disposable income,housing prices,and the population of people over 65 years old,and the real interest rates are negatively correlated with deposits in Ningxia.To promote the supporting role of Ningxia deposits to the local economy,relevant suggestions such as to strengthen residents’financial management awareness,to optimize industrial resource allocation,to improve the social security system,and to encourage financial technology innovation,are proposed in this paper.
