Digital Protection of Cultural Heritages in the Shadow of Hybrid Warfare

为了探索世界文化遗产保护的新路径,构建有效的文化遗产数字化保护机制,文中分析了混合战争对世界物质文化遗产和非物质文化遗产所造成的直接和间接威胁,考查了相关文献研究和数据。研究发现:为了保证文化遗产的安全和传承,世界各国应在联合国框架下加强合作,借助学术机构和跨国公司的知识和技术建立规范的数字化保护机制,利用现代信息技术记录文化遗产的数据信息和影像资料,并在网络平台实现线上展示与互动。通过数字化保护,不但文化遗产的风貌得以完整保存,其文化内涵也以一种新的形式呈现给大众,进而打造一种不同以往的文化产业模式。

The study is intended to explore a new path for the protection of world cultural heritage and to build an effective digital protection mechanism for it.The direct and indirect threats posed by hybrid warfare to tangible and intangible cultural heritages are analyzed by reviewing relevant documents and data.It is suggested that nations around the world should cooperate within the framework of UN and establish a digital protection mechanism with the help of the knowledge and technology of academic institutes and multinational corporations to ensure the safety and inheritance of cultural heritage.Modern information technology should be used to record the data information and video materials of cultural heritage,realizing online display and interaction on the network platform.Through digital protection,not only can the features of cultural heritage be completely preserved,but also its cultural connotation can be presented to the public in a new form,which will help to create a new type of cultural industry.
