中美日英微型燃气轮机技术发展比较——基于专利数据分析 被引量:4

摘要 微型燃气轮机技术是21世纪最有前景的能源动力技术之一,也是美国对中国封锁的技术。基于德温特专利数据库收录的微型燃气轮机相关专利信息,选取中国、美国、日本、英国四个国家作为主要竞争国家,从微型燃气轮机技术的发展速度、发展质量、热点领域和布局范围进行比较,揭示各国微型燃气轮机技术的发展态势,为我国微型燃气轮机技术发展提供参考。结果表明,美国、英国、日本微型燃气轮机技术起步早,发展成熟,掌握核心技术,都已进入商用转化阶段,美国一直是技术发展的领先者。中国的微型燃气轮机技术近十年才得到快速发展,目前仍处于基础研究、样机研制阶段,国内市场仍被国外产品占据,自主知识产权的专利质量与美英日等国家差距较大,国际竞争力不足。为此,我国应加强顶层设计,做好微燃机行业规划、推进微型燃气轮机产业联盟建设、建立行之有效的微型燃气轮机产业政策评估体系等,促进我国微型燃气轮机技术水平提升。 Microturbine technology is one of the most promising energy power technologies in the 21st century,it is also one of the technologies blocked by the US against China.Based on the patent information included in the Derwent Innovations Index,China,the US,Japan,and the UK are selected as the main competing countries.The paper compares the development speed,patent quality,hot areas and layout scope of microturbine technology,reveals the development trend of microturbine technology in these countries,and provides a reference for the development of microturbine technology in China.The results show that the technology of microturbine in the US,the UK and Japan started early,developed maturely and mastered the core technology,all of which have entered the stage of commercial transformation,and the US has always been the leader in the development of technology.China's microturbine technology has developed rapidly only in the past decade,and it is still in the stage of basic research and prototype development,the domestic market is still occupied by foreign products,and the patent quality of independent intellectual property rights lags far behind that of countries such as the US,the UK and Japan.China should strengthen the top-level design of the microturbine industry,improve the industry planning,promote the construction of the industry alliance,and establish an effective industry policy evaluation system,so as to promote China's microturbine technology upgrade.
