医药化工行业废气治理技术的专利分析与挖掘 被引量:2

摘要 针对医药化工行业废气污染愈见严重等问题,通过对医药化工行业废气治理技术的相关专利进行检索分析,以期望能对医药化工行业废气治理技术的开发提供借鉴和参考。结果表明:医药化工行业废气治理技术发展经历了技术萌芽期、缓慢增长期,目前处于快速发展期。从主要申请人以及申请人类型来看,公司的申请量比较多,但较为分散,未形成较好的布局状态。从技术内容来看,等离子技术中,如何减少二次污染、提高安全性是比较有发展潜力的技术突破点。此外,蓄热式焚烧为医药化工行业废气常用的治理方法,对解决能耗、爆炸和二次污染的问题也有相应的研究,但针对如何防止腐蚀的问题,研究较少,具有一定的研究前景。 In view of the increasingly serious problem of waste gas pollution in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry,the relevant patents of waste gas treatment technology in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry were searched and analyzed,hoping to provide reference for the development of waste gas treatment technology in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry.The results show that the development of waste gas treatment technology in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry has experienced a technological budding period and a slow growth period,and it is currently in the stage of development period.Judging from the main applicants and types of applicants,the company has a relatively large number of applications.But these applications are relatively scattered and have not formed a better layout.From the perspective of technical content,in plasma technology,how to reduce secondary pollution and improve safety is a technological breakthrough point with development potential.In addition,regenerative incineration is a commonly used method for the treatment of waste gas in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry.There are corresponding studies on solving the problems of energy consumption,explosion and secondary pollution,but there are few studies on how to prevent corrosion,it shows that how to prevent corrosion also has research prospects.
