摘要
对不同体系沐浴露清洁力和保湿功效分析比较。选用6款沐浴露,皂基沐浴露1、皂基沐浴露2、氨基酸沐浴露1、氨基酸沐浴露2、乳霜沐浴露1、乳霜沐浴露2,对30例健康志愿者进行自身对照临床研究,使用左右手臂进行对照。在前臂屈侧选定区域涂抹专用油脂,涂抹油脂前、后及使用沐浴露清洁后用Sebumeter SM815进行皮肤油脂检测,在前臂屈侧另一区域使用沐浴露,清洁前后用Corneometer CM825、Tewameter TM300进行角质层水分含量、经表皮失水量检测。分析皮肤油脂、角质层水分含量、经表皮失水量的变化率,分析比较不同体系的6款沐浴露的清洁力和保湿功效。结果表明,使用6款沐浴露清洁后,皮肤油脂显著降低的同时角质层水分含量及经表皮失水量有不同程度的变化,沐浴露在提供清洁力的同时,对皮肤的角质层水分含量及经表皮失水量有不同程度的影响。氨基酸沐浴露、乳霜沐浴露在保湿能力方面强于皂基沐浴露,同时在清洁能力方面呈现出与皂基沐浴露接近的效果。
The cleansing and moisturizing effects of different shower gel systems were compared. Six samples of body wash, including soap-based body wash 1, soap-based body wash 2, amino acid body wash 1, amino acid body wash 2, cream body wash 1 and cream body wash 2, were selected to carry out self-control clinical study on 30 healthy volunteers, using left and right arms for control. Special oil was applied to the selected area of forearm flexor. Sebumeter SM815 was used to detect skin oil content before and after oil application and after cleansing with the shower gels. The shower gels were applied on another area of forearm flexor. Corneometer CM825 and Tewameter TM300 were used to test the moisture content of stratum corneum and transepidermal water loss before and after cleansing. The changes in the skin oil content, the moisture content of stratum corneum and the transepidermal water loss were analyzed. The cleansing powers and moisturizing effects of six shower gels were compared. The results showed that, after cleansing with the six shower gels, the skin oil content was significantly decreased, while the moisture content of stratum corneum and the transepidermal water loss were changed in different degrees. The experimental results showed that the six shower gels had different effects on the moisture content of stratum corneum and the transepidermal water loss while providing cleansing power. Amino acid shower gels and cream shower gels were better than soap-based shower gels in moisturizing ability and were close to soap-based shower gels in cleansing ability.
