旅游轨道交通的环境影响及控制对策研究

Study on the Environmental Impact of Tourism Rail Transit and Control Countermeasures

依托区域特色旅游资源的旅游轨道交通项目具有“旅游+轨道交通”的特征,这种融合发展模式将迎来新的发展机遇,国内外已有成功运营及正在规划的案例。旅游轨道交通项目主要服务于景区,而部分旅游景区位于生态保护红线范围内,环境敏感性高。在分析旅游轨道交通项目对生态资源的破坏特点以及噪声、振动、水、大气、固体废物的环境影响基础上,针对性地从依法合规、合理选线、生态保护以及污染防治4个方面提出对策,以期为旅游轨道交通项目的生态环境保护和顺利实施提供借鉴。

The tourism rail transit project relying on regional characteristic tourism resources reflects the characteristics of"tourism+rail transit",this integrated development model is about to usher in new development opportunities,and there have been successful operations and planning cases at home and abroad.Tourism rail transit projects mainly serve scenic spots,and some scenic spots are located within the red line of ecological protection,resulting in high environmental sensitivity.This paper analyzes the damage characteristics of tourism rail transit projects to ecological resources and the impact on the environment of noise,vibration,water,atmosphere and solid waste,and proposes targeted countermeasures in four aspects∶legal compliance,reasonable route selection,ecological protection,and pollution prevention.It is expected to provide reference for the ecological environment protection and smooth implementation of the tourism rail transit project.
