摘要
选取重庆市在用的1辆装载机、2辆挖掘机和2辆叉车作为研究对象,分别采用自由加速法、稀释通道采样系统和DOC+CDPF技术加装实验的方法开展相关研究。结果表明,重庆市在用工程机械颗粒物排放普遍处于较高水平,排气烟度值为1.70~2.71 m^(-1)。在怠速和高怠速工况下,颗粒物的碳质组分以有机碳为主,有机碳比元素碳(OC/EC)的值为0.67~7.10倍。DOC+CDPF使用后,工程机械的排气烟度值下降率在95%以上。
1 loader,2 excavators and 2 forklifts were tested for exhaust smoke and carbon composition spectrum of particulate matter by using free acceleration method and dilution tunnel,respectively.Furthermore,the exhaust treatment device named DOC+CDPF was installed on the non-road mobile engineering machinery and the reduction efficiency,feasibility and applicability of DOC+CDPF was investigated.The results showed that the particulate matter emissions were generally high from these investigated non-road mobile engineering machinery whose exhaust smoke was in the range of 1.70~2.71 m^(-1).The particulate matter was dominated by organic,the ratio between OC and EC was in the range of 0.67~7.10.Importantly,after installing DOC+CDPF device,the exhaust smoke of the engineering machinery decreased significantly,with a reduction rate of more than 95%.
