设施种植下不同类型土壤微生物群落的响应机制 被引量:8

Response of Microbial Community Structure in Different Types of Soils Under Facility Agriculture Production

摘要 本研究采集西南紫色土区、华南红壤区两种设施菜地土壤样品(ZP、HP),并以其周边荒地土壤样品为对照(ZU、HU),通过16S rRNA基因测序,结合主要理化性质和邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs),探讨不同类型设施土壤微生物群落组成差异及其驱动机制。结果表明,与荒地相比,设施种植显著提高了土壤有机质和PAEs含量;4种土壤微生物群落多样性和组成显著不同,多样性指数顺序为ZP>ZU>HU>HP,其优势门分别是变形菌门(Proteobacteria,26.8%)、变形菌门(Proteobacteria,29.2%)、绿弯菌门(Chloroflexi,36.8%)和放线菌门(Actinobacteria,41.7%);差异分析表明设施土壤存在较高丰度的芽孢杆菌和罗丹诺杆菌等PAEs降解菌,是PAEs污染土壤生物修复的重要来源;冗余分析和相关性分析显示,土壤有机质是导致不同类型土壤微生物群落差异的驱动因素。 This study aimed to explore the differences and driving mechanisms of soil microbial community structure in different soil types.Red soil and purple soil samples were collected from plastic greenhouse and wasteland and analyzed by sequencing 16S rRNA gene(Illumina Miseq).In this study,plastic greenhouse cultivation obviously promoted the content of soil organic matters(SOM)and phthalate acid esters(PAEs).Soil microbial community composition and diversity were significantly distinct in different soil types.The order of diversity was ZP>ZU>HU>HP,and their dominant phyla were Proteobacteria(26.8%),Proteobacteria(29.2%),Chloroflexi(36.8%),and Actinobacteria(41.7%),respectively.There were higher abundance of PAEs degrading bacteria such as Bacilli and Rhodanobacteraceae in greenhouse soils,which were important sources of bioremediation of PAEs contaminated soil.Redundancy analysis revealed that SOM determined the difference of soil microbial community structure.
