海上新型综合信息浮台设计

摘要 以搭载海上感知装备为目的,设计一种海上新型综合信息浮台,进而实现海域目标、气象、水文等信息的探测感知。通过浮动式平台实现海上复杂恶劣海洋环境的自适应,以锚泊固定方式解决原位观测难题,利用多种发电手段实现能源自供应,从而形成一种满足多种海洋感知需求的无人值守固定基础设施。 A kind of marine floating platform is presented,which aims to realize the maritime awareness.This kind of platform is anchored at sea with solar energy and diesel generator.By its long-term viability,the marine floating platform can be used to detect marine target information,environmental information and hydrological information.
