本科生学业导师制实施效果的影响因素分析--以红河学院为例

Influencing Factors of Implementation Effect of Undergraduate Academic Tutorial System:A Case Study of Honghe University

面向地方本科院校红河学院的学生发放调查问卷,获取学业导师制实施现状的数据,运用描述性统计分析、二维列联表独立性检验、对应分析方法对导师制实施效果的影响因素进行定量分析。结果显示,学生性别、学生是否挂过科、导师单次指导人数这三个因素对导师制的实施效果没有显著的影响。学生与导师的匹配度,导师对待学生态度,学生人生规划是否得到导师帮助,学生主动联系导师的频次、学生出勤导师活动的态度、导师每学期与学生见面的次数、学生的年级、导师分配方式、导师与学生交流的方式、学生个人规划的清晰度与导师制实施效果显著相关。利用对应分析方法给出了各相关因素的属性与导师制五级实施效果的对应关系,为导师制的优化提出建议。

Using the correspondence analysis method,this paper gives the corresponding relationship between the attributes of relevant factors and the five-level implementation effect of the tutorial system,and puts forward some suggestions for the optimization of the tutorial system in Honghe University.The results show that the three factors of students’gender,whether students fail a course and the number of tutors in a single time have no significant impact on the implementation effect of the tutorial system.The matching degree between students and tutors,the attitude of tutors towards students,whether students’life planning is helped by tutors,the frequency of students’active contact with tutors,the attitude of students’attendance at tutor activities,the number of times tutors meet students every semester,students’grade,tutor distribution method,and the way tutors communicate with students,the clarity of students’personal planning is significantly related to the implementation effect of tutorial system.
