摘要
有限理性假说下,个体难以掌控所有备选方案做出最佳的选择。而辅导员团队则能很大程度上规避辅导员个体在学生教育管理活动中的各类不确定因素下的有限理解和计算能力。因此,文章通过文献梳理和实践调研,构建辅导员团队胜任力模型,并通过层次分析法,确定辅导员团队胜任力各指标的有效权重,为辅导员队伍建设以及相关领域研究提供参考。
Under the hypothesis of bounded rationality,it is difficult for individuals to control all alternatives to make the best choice.The counselor team can largely avoid the limited understanding and calculation ability of individual counselors under various uncertain factors in student education management activities.Therefore,this paper constructs the competency model of the counselor team through literature review and practical research,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the effective weight of each indicator of the counselor team’s competence,which provides references for the construction of the counselor team and research in related fields.
