摘要
应用科学教育大学是芬兰高等教育的一个重要组成部分,与我国应用技术大学有颇多的相似之处。通过对芬兰应用科学教育大学的办学定位、人才培养目标、资格体系、教师等方面进行剖析,总结其成功的办学经验,再结合我国国情和应用技术大学发展现状,提出明确办学定位,试行灵动的资格认证系统、确定合格教师标准等建议,以期对我国应用技术大学的发展有所启示。
The University of applied science education is an important part of higher education in Finland,which has many similarities with the university of applied technology in China.Based on the analysis of the school running orientation,talent training objectives,qualification system and teachers of Finland universities of applied science education,this paper summarizes the successful school running experiences,and then puts forward some suggestions,such as clarifying the school running orientation,trying out a flexible qualification certification system and determining the standard of qualified teachers,in order to give some enlightenment to the development of China's applied technology universities.
