基于情景感知技术的网络信息资源个性化推荐方法

Personalized Recommendation Method of Network Information Resources Based on Context-Aware Technology

目的针对传统的网络信息资源个性化推荐方法存在推荐效果不佳的问题,提出基于情景感知技术设计网络信息资源个性化推荐方法。方法以网络信息资源数据集的接触频率为切入点,挖掘用户行为模式,提取网络信息资源社会关系,匹配用户兴趣偏好,根据偏好数据,计算环境情景和社会关系情景间的用户综合情景相似度,基于情景感知,生成用户偏好推荐,从而完成网络信息资源个性化推荐。结果仿真实验结果表明,所提方法的推荐项目相关性和用户偏好相关性分别为0.4和0.65。结论所提方法比传统方法的推荐项目相关性和用户偏好相关性高,且推荐效果较好,具有一定的实际应用价值。

Objective In view of the poor recommendation effect of traditional personalized recommendation methods for network information resources,a personalized recommendation method for network information resources based on context aware technology was proposed.Methods The contact frequency of network information resource data set was taken as the breakthrough point,to mine user behavior patterns,extract the social relationship of network information resources,and match user interest preferences.According to the preference data,the user comprehensive scenario similarity between environmental scenarios and social relationship scenarios was calculated;and then user preference recommendation based on scenario perception was generated,thus completing the personalized recommendation of network information resources.Results The simulation experiment results showed that the recommended item correlation and user preference correlation of the proposed method were 0.4 and 0.65,respectively.Conclusion Compared with the traditional method,the proposed method has higher relevance of recommended items and user preferences,and a better recommendation effect.So it has certain practical application value.
