摘要 为了进一步了解藜麦中有效成分及其相关特性,对近几年国内外有关藜麦成分提取和特性分析的研究进行归纳总结,为后期藜麦品种的推陈出新以及特性改良提供参考。 To further understand the effective components and related characteristics of quinoa,the research on component extraction and characteristic analysis of quinoa at home and abroad in recent years was summarized,so as to provide reference for the innovation of quinoa varieties and its characteristic improvement in the future.
