香炉山深埋长隧洞TBM选型研究 被引量:9

摘要 随着中国大规模基础建设的推进,越来越多的深埋长隧洞采用TBM施工,而TBM选型是TBM施工方案中关键问题之一。以滇中引水工程香炉山隧洞为例,重点从穿断层、软岩大变形、涌水突泥等不良地质洞段施工难易程度、卡机风险,以及超前加固和超前地质预报操作便利性等方面进行综合分析,推荐优先选用两台敞开式TBM,并针对具体地质情况、施工特点,提出了TBM相应的功能配置。研究成果可为类似工程提供借鉴。 With the advancement of large-scale infrastructure construction in China,more and more deep-buried long tunnels are constructed by TBM.TBM type selection is one of the key points in the TBM construction scheme.Taking the Xianglushan tunnel of Central Yunnan Water Diversion Project as an example,a comprehensive analysis was carried out from the construction difficulty of bad geological tunnel sections such as crossing fault,soft rock deformation,water gushing mud,machine-stuck risk,as well as advance reinforcement and advance geological forecast operation convenience and other aspects,at last two open TBMs were preferred.According to the specific geological conditions and construction characteristics,the corresponding functional configuration of the TBM was proposed.The research results can provide a reference for similar projects.
