海峡两岸水果行业标准共通研究

Research and application of demonstration of cross-strait sector standards

目的:提出海峡两岸水果行业标准共通的具体措施及建议。方法:针对两岸水果管理规范及认证制度的现状,分析了水果行业标准共通存在的问题及其原因。结果:因两岸相关管理规范及标准差异而导致的贸易通关及市场监管等难题亟需进一步解决。结论:提出通过制定两岸水果清单、分类、名词对照标准;制定两岸农药名词对照标准;定期开展两岸农残检测方法实验室比对;构建以“厦门台湾地区共通”为模板的两岸标准信息沟通、交流平台;完善第三方服务体系建设等措施,以此促进两岸水果行业标准共通。

Aims:This paper proposes the specific measures and suggestions on the common policy of fruit sector across the Taiwan Strait.Methods:Based on the current situation of cross-strait fruit management norms and certification system,the common problems of the fruit sector standards were discussed.Results:The problems of trade clearance and market supervision caused by the differences of relevant cross-strait management norms and standards need to be further solved.Conclusions:It is proposed to formulate cross-strait fruit lists,classification and noun comparison standards,formulate cross-strait pesticide terminology comparison standards,regularly carry out cross-strait laboratory comparison of agricultural residue detection methods,build a standard information communication and exchange platform between Xiamen and Taiwan,and improve the construction of third-party service systems and other measures to promote the common adoption of cross-strait fruit industry standards.
