摘要
水煤浆添加剂中碱金属离子在高温煤气化过程中容易造成设备腐蚀穿孔泄漏,需要严格控制其含量,但目前还没有针对水煤浆添加剂中金属离子的规范检测方法。鉴于此,选取了市场上常见的5种煤浆添加剂,采用直接消解-ICP法、灼烧酸溶-ICP法和灼烧-XRF法3种方法分别测定5种样品中碱金属离子含量。实验结果表明,不同方法获得的Na离子、K离子含量由高到低是直接消解-ICP法、灼烧酸溶-ICP法、灼烧-XRF法,测定方法的重复性是灼烧酸溶-ICP法与直接消解-ICP法均较好、灼烧-XRF法相对稍差。
In view of the problem that alkali metal ions in coal water slurry additives are likely to cause equipment corrosion perforation and leakage in the process of high-temperature coal gasification,it is necessary to strictly control their content,but there is no standard detection method for coal water slurry additives at present.Five kinds of coal slurry additives commonly used in the market were selected,and the contents of alkali metal ions in these five samples were determined by direct digestion ICP method,burning acid dissolution ICP method and burning XRF method.The experimental results showed that the contents of Na and K ions obtained by different methods from high to low were direct digestion ICP method,burning acid dissolution ICP method and burning XRF method.As for repeatability of different methods,the repeatability of burning acid dissolution ICP method and direct digestion ICP method was good,and the repeatability of burning XRF method was relatively poor.
