全面抗战爆发后,中国共产党实施抗日民族统一战线政策,积极开展民众动员活动。这一时期,中共浙江省委也派遣大批党员干部和进步青年深入浙西南畲族地区,宣传革命思想和中国共产党的政策主张,从政治、经济、文化、教育等方面进行抗战动员,使原先比较闭塞落后的畲族地区成为抗日斗争的重要阵地。战时浙西南畲族地区的民众动员是抗战时期中国共产党民众动员的重要组成部分,其动员的内容与措施、方法与策略在浙江抗战史上留下了浓重的一笔。

After the outbreak of the Chinese People’s War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression(the War of Resistance), the Communist Party of China implemented the policy of Chinese united front against Japanese aggression, and actively carried out mass mobilization activities. During this period, the Communist Party of China Zhejiang Provincial Committee also sent a large number of Party cadres and progressive youths to Southwest Zhejiang She minority area to promote revolutionary ideas and policies of the Party. From the aspects of politics, economy, culture, education and so on, the mobilization of the War of Resistance were carried out, turning She minority area that was relatively closed and backward into an important battle field of the War of Resistance. The mass mobilization of She minority in Southwest Zhejiang during the war was an important part of the mass mobilization of the Communist Party of China during the War of Resistance. The contents, measures, methods and strategies of the mobilization left a strong mark in Zhejiang’s history of the War of Resistance.
