摘要 隔离开关(闸刀)的操作回路可靠完善对保证闸刀稳定运行具有重要作用。以1000 kV特高压某站闸刀拒合闸为例,对故障现象进行初步分析,结合图纸与经验对故障闸刀操作回路进行详细检查处理;针对检查中发现的控制回路自保持功能存在导致闸刀三相异常分、合闸的问题,结合图纸分析了该隐患发生的原因,同时处理中发现拉开闸刀控制电源空气开关(空开)和电机电源空开无法消除自保持;根据闸刀控制回路接线和空开模式的特点,提出了相应整改方案,提高了电网安全稳定运行。 The reliable and perfect operating circuit of the disconnector(knife switch)plays a vital role in ensuring the stable operation of the knife switch.This paper gave an example that the disconnector refused to close in a 1000 kV UHV substation.It analyzed the symptom of the disconnector,the operation of the break disconnector has been checked as well.It also analyzed the phenomenon that the existence of the control loop self-holding function generated the abnormal opening and closing problem of the three-phase disconnector.During the deal-ing process,this research discovered that opening the air switch of the knife switch control power and the motor power can not eliminate the self-holding.According to the characteristics of the switch control circuit wiring and air switch mode,this article provides a corresponding rectification scheme to improve the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
