摘要
针对中压环网柜熔管电极回路电阻值高的问题,从零件设计、加工、组装和测试方面分析了回路电阻值高的影响因素,从螺纹尺寸与外观、螺纹防松性能等方面给出了改进方案,并通过相关测试和试验进行比较和验证,为熔管电极的组装和回路电阻测试提供了参考依据和指导,提高了熔管电极回路电阻测量结果的可靠性、准确性。
This paper aims to research the high resistance value of the fusion tube electrode loop of the medium voltage ring main unit problem.It analyzed the influencing factors of the high loop resistance value from the aspects of part design,machining process,assemblage,and testing.In addition,it proposed the improvement plans from different perspectives,such as the size and appearance of the screw thread,anti-loosening performance of the screw thread.Moreover,this article provided references and guidance for the fusion tube electrode assem-blage and the loop resistance test.The result shows that this research result help to improve the reliability and accuracy of the measurement result of the fusion tube electrode loop resistance.
