摘要 海上搜救力量的科学配置并迅速准确到达搜救海域是搜救工作成败的关键。针对落水人员在海上生存的时间有限,为提高援救效率,对搜救作业区的优化选择方法进行了研究,结合海上搜救方法和搜救样式,对海上搜救力量配置进行建模分析,给出了海上搜救力量配置数量计算方法,并通过实例进行了验证,对辅助指挥员提升海上搜救指挥决策的针对性、精确性具有重要的现实意义。 Scientific configuration of search and rescue forces at sea and rapid and accurate arrival at the search and rescue waters are the key to success of work.In view of the limited survival time for the drowning personnel at sea,in order to improve the efficiency,the selected method of optimization is studied.Combined with the method and style,the modeling analysis of configura⁃tion is carried out,and the calculated method is given,which is verified by an example to help the commander improve the index.The pertinence and accuracy of decision-making have important practical significance.
