摘要
为做好装备器材的合理分类和库存的科学管理,文章通过建立采购优先级评价指标体系,然后引入主成分分析法对采购优先级评价的原始指标进行降维,确定聚类指标,其次采用改进的k-means算法划分采购优先等级。最后考虑分级后的库存管理,选取了各类别针对性的库存模型。实例分析表明,器材的分级情况较理想,分类的制定较为合理,提出的分类方法和库存管理策略有一定的可行性。
To do an excellent job in the reasonable classification of equipment and equipment and the scientific management of inventory,the article establishes a procurement priority evaluation index system,and then introduces the principal component analysis method to reduce the original index of the procurement priority evaluation,determines the clustering index,and then adopts improvement.The k-means algorithm divides the procurement priority.Finally,considering the inventory management after grading,the inventory models specific to each category are selected.The case analysis shows that the classification of the equipment is ideal,the classification formulation is more reasonable,and the proposed classification method and inventory management strate⁃gy has specific feasibility.
