某新型船用隔振器方案设计与隔振性能研究

摘要 在已知隔振系统尺寸空间和隔振性能要求等限制条件下,设计出了一种空气弹簧与橡胶结构组合的新型隔振器方案,并从有限元的角度出发建立了新设计隔振器的三维仿真模型图,分析计算了各工况下新型隔振器的隔振性能,将运算结果与设计指标进行对比表明,该新型隔振器能很好地满足各物理尺寸限制条件和性能指标要求,验证了方案设计的可行性。论文研究内容能为船用设备基座隔振器优化改进和新型隔振器设计研究提供一定参考。 Under the condition of given size and performance requirements of vibration isolation system,a new-type vibration isolator composed of air spring and rubber is designed,and three-dimensional simulation model of the new-type isolator is estab⁃lished from the perspective of finite element method.On this basis,the vibration isolation performance of the new-type vibration iso⁃lator under various working conditions is calculated and analyzed.The comparison between the calculated results and the design in⁃dexes shows that the new-type isolator can perfectly suit the requirements of physical size and vibration isolation performance,which aslo verifies the feasibility of the schematic design.The research of this paper can provide reference for the optimization or improve⁃ment of marine vibration isolator and the design of new-type vibration isolators.
