心脏康复治疗对冠心病心绞痛患者的效果及对负性情绪的影响

Effect of cardiac rehabilitation therapy on patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris

目的探讨冠心病心绞痛患者应用心脏康复治疗的效果及对负性情绪的影响。方法将2019年2月~2020年2月收治的冠心病心绞痛患者86例作为研究对象,对所有患者采用随机数字表法进行分组,分为对照组与观察组各43例,均采用常规药物治疗,对照组43例患者以常规护理进行干预,观察组43例患者应用心脏康复治疗,比较两组患者的依从性、干预前后生活质量(GQOL-74)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分心血管事件发生率及再入院率。结果两组之间患者依从性、生活质量评分相比,观察组较对照组高;SAS评分、SDS评分心血管事件发生率及再入院率相比,观察组较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病心绞痛患者应用心脏康复治疗效果较好,可有效改善患者不良情绪,提高依从性与生活质量,降低心血管事件发生率,减少患者再入院的概率。

Objective To investigate the effect of cardiac rehabilitation therapy on patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods 86 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris treated from February 2019 to February 2020 were taken as the research object.All patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method.43 patients in the control group were treated with conventional drugs.43 patients in the control group were intervened with routine nursing,and 43 patients in the observation group were treated with cardiac rehabilitation.The compliance and Quality of life score,self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score,self rating Depression Scale(SDS)score before and after intervention,incidence of cardiovascular events and readmission rate.Results Compared with the control group,the compliance and quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of cardiovascular events and readmission rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cardiac rehabilitation therapy in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris has a good effect,which can effectively improve the patients’bad mood,improve the compliance and quality of life,reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events,and reduce the probability of re admission.
