压缩雾化吸入期间心理护理对小儿肺炎患者治疗配合度、家属满意度的影响

Effect of psychological nursing on treatment cooperation and family satisfaction during compression atomization inhalation in children with infantile pneumonia

目的分析小儿肺炎压缩雾化吸入治疗期间心理护理对其治疗配合度、家属满意度影响。方法选定本院2018年6月~2019年10月住院治疗的85例肺炎患儿,均予以压缩雾化吸入治疗,根据"随机数字表法"分组,参照组42例患儿实施常规护理,观察组43例患儿在参照组基础上实施心理护理,比较两组治疗配合度、临床症状消失时间、肺功能指标、家属满意度。结果观察组治疗配合度(93.02%)、家属满意度(93.02%)均高于参照组(71.43%、69.05%),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组咳嗽、发热、肺部啰音、气促症状消失时间均短于参照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后FVC、FEF、FEV;均高于参照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺炎患儿压缩雾化吸入治疗期间实施心理护理,可有效提高患儿治疗配合度以及家属满意度,缓解临床症状,改善肺功能。

Objective To analyze the influence of psychological nursing on the treatment cooperation and family satisfaction during the treatment of infantile pneumonia children by compression atomization inhalation.Methods 85 cases of children with pneumonia in our hospital from June 2018 to October 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the"random number table method".42 cases in the reference group were given routine nursing,while 43 cases in the observation group were given psychological nursing on the basis of the reference group Degree.Results The treatment cooperation degree(93.02%)and family satisfaction degree(93.02%)of the observation group were higher than those of the reference group(71.43%and 69.05%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,fever,pulmonary rales and shortness of breath in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).FVC,FEF and FEV;of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after nursing,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing can effectively improve the treatment cooperation and family satisfaction of children with pneumonia,relieve clinical symptoms and improve lung function.
