怀旧治疗对老年慢阻肺合并抑郁患者的护理效果

Nursing effect of remember treatment in elderly chronic obstructive pulmonary d isease patients with depression

目的探讨怀旧治疗对老年慢阻肺(COPD)合并抑郁患者的护理效果。方法本研究对象为我院2019年2月~2020年2月70例COPD合并抑郁症患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组接受呼吸内科治疗以及常规心理干预,观察组在对照组基础上进行怀旧治疗。比较干预前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)以及圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)、1s用力呼气量(FEV1)、6min步行距离(6MWT)。结果两组干预后HAMD评分以及HAMA评分较干预前均明显下降,且干预后观察组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预后SAQ评分、FEV1、6MWT较干预前均明显增加,且干预后观察组均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论怀旧治疗能有效降低老年慢阻肺合并抑郁症患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,并有助于肺部功能、生活质量、步行能力的提升。

Objective To explore the nursing effects of remember treatment on elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)complicated by depression.Methods Seventy COPD patients with depression from February 2019 to February 2020 in our hospital were the subjects of this study,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group received medical treatment for respiratory disease as well as routine psychological intervention,and the observation group received nostication treatment on the basis of the control group.The Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),and St George’s respiratory questionnaire(SGRQ),forced expiratory volume in 1 s(FEV1),and 6-min walking distance(6 MWT)were compared before and after the intervention.Results Compared with before intervention,the HAMD scores as well as HAMA scores of both groups were decreased significantly after intervention and the observation group’s scores after intervention were better(P<0.05).The SAQ score,FEV1,and 6 MWT increased significantly in both groups after intervention compared with before intervention,and which were significantly higher in the observation group after intervention compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Remember treatment can effectively reduce anxiety and depression in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and depression,and it is helpful for the improvement of pulmonary function,quality of life,and walking ability.
