我国校园食品安全主要问题及应对机制

The Main Problems and Countermeasures of Campus Food Safety in China

摘要 校园食品安全是关乎学生生命健康及教学质量的重要问题。目前我国校园食品安全主要存在食品安全突发问题处理不恰当、校园食品安全监管不到位、食堂从业人员素质不高、校园食堂环境不卫生以及学生食品安全意识薄弱等问题。本文通过对现存问题梳理,提出适应我国的校园食品安全问题预防措施及突发问题应对机制,以期为校园食品安全防控提供重要参考。 Campus food safety is an important issue related to the life and health of students and the quality of teaching.At present,campus food safety in China mainly has problems such as improper handling of food safety emergencies,inadequate food safety supervision on campus,low quality of canteen employees,unhygienic environment in campus canteens,and weak food safety awareness of students.By sorting out existing problems,the preventive measures and emergency response mechanisms for campus food safety problems were proposed in this paper in China,in order to provide an important reference for campus food safety prevention and control.
