摘要
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,我国餐饮废弃油脂产生量逐年增加。非法回收提炼废弃油脂,最终致使废弃油脂回流餐桌,造成严重的食品安全问题,废弃油脂既是餐厨垃圾,也可以成为资源进一步转化利用。基于此,本文分析废弃油脂转化利用现状,并提出防止废弃油脂回流餐桌的监管建议。
With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the production of catering waste oil in China has increased year by year.Illegal recycling and refining of waste oil eventually leads to waste oil returning to the table,causing serious food safety problems.Waste oil is not only kitchen waste,but also a further transformation and utilization of resources.Based on this,this paper analyzes the transformation and utilization of waste oil,and puts forward regulatory suggestions to prevent waste oil from returning to the table.
