摘要
随着我国经济快速发展,人们的生活水平逐渐提高,对食品安全的关注度也越来越高,因此食品的检测技术得到了快速发展,通过检测技术明确食品含有的成分,并与相关标准进行对比,确保食品安全,促进食品行业健康有序发展。本文结合快速检测的应用,分析了食品行业快速检测的技术方法及原理,在此基础上,深入探讨了快速检测技术在食品安全监管中的应用具体策略。
With the rapid development of China’s economy,people’s living standards have gradually improved,the concern for food safety is also getting higher and higher.Therefore,the detection technology of food has been developed rapidly.Through the detection technology,the ingredients in food are identified and compared with the relevant standards to ensure food safety,to promote the healthy and orderly development of the food industry.Based on the application of rapid detection,this paper analyzes the technical method and principle of rapid detection in food industry,and discusses the concrete strategy of strengthening the application of rapid detection technology in food safety supervision.
