Analysis of Factors Influencing Quality and Safety in Dairy Products Supply Chain

随着国内经济的增长,人们生活品质的稳步提升,乳制品也逐步转变成为一种大众消费品。在经历一段时间的发展与成长后,国内乳品业业已成为当前食品制造业中关键的组成部分。但是,在乳制品的整个供应链上,却存在一些不利因素而影响到乳制品的质量安全,让乳制品业的进一步发展备受影响。为此,本文从乳制品供应链的角度出发,分析了管理质量安全的必要性,并针对其中的影响因素,提出了相应的管理举措。

With the growth of domestic economy and the steady improvement of people's quality of life,dairy products have gradually transformed into a mass consumer goods.After a period of development and growth,the domestic dairy industry has become a key part of the current food manufacturing industry.However,in the whole supply chain of dairy products,there are some adverse factors affecting the quality and safety of dairy products,so that the further development of the dairy industry is greatly affected.Therefore,this paper analyzes the necessity of management quality and safety from the perspective of dairy supply chain,and puts forward the corresponding management measures.
