果蔬安全是食品安全的重要组成部分,农药残留是影响果蔬安全的主要因素之一。农药残留检测技术是保障食品安全的重要手段,随着人们对果蔬农药残留问题的重视,各地加强了果蔬农药残留的监管、监测工作,推进了果蔬农药残留检测技术的快速发展,保障了果蔬产品安全。本文介绍了果蔬农药残留现状、常见果蔬中对应的常检农药种类以及实验室常用检测技术,并对果蔬农药残留检测的未来发展进行了展望。

Pesticide residue is one of the main factors affecting the fruits and vegetables safety,which is crucial for food safety.Detection technology for pesticide residue is important to ensure food safety.With the concern about the problem of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables enhancing,the regulation and monitoring of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables have been emphasized and promoted,which pushed the rapid development of detection technology for pesticide residue and ensured the safety of fruit and vegetable products.This study aimed to investigate the current status of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables,their commonly detected pesticide species in various fruits and vegetables,and the common laboratory testing techniques,so that finally providing an outlook about the future development of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables.
