摘要
目的:分析不同检验方法检验食品中大肠菌群的效果。方法:选取黑龙江地区400份食品样本,包括牛奶、鸡肉、玉米、瓶装饮用水,分别采用传统国标法、进口纸片法和国产纸片法检验食品中的大肠菌群水平。结果:传统国标法与纸片法检验的菌落总数和大肠菌群计数结果相近(P>0.05);传统国标法的检验成本低于国产纸片法,国产纸片法的检验成本低于进口纸片法;纸片法检验在简便性方面更有优势,且纸片易于存储,有效期在1年以上。结论:纸片法检验食品中的大肠菌群操作简便,传统国标法的检验成本最低,建议各机构结合实际选择检验方法。
Objective:The effects of different test methods on the detection of coliform in food were analyzed.Methods:400 food samples in Heilongjiang,including milk,chicken,corn and bottled drinking water,were selected to test the level of coliform in food by traditional national standard method,imported paper method and domestic paper method respectively.Results:The total bacterial count and coliform count of traditional national standard method and paper method were similar(P>0.05);The inspection cost of traditional national standard method is lower than that of domestic paper method,and the inspection cost of domestic paper method is lower than that of imported paper method;The paper method has more advantages in simplicity,and the paper is easy to store,and the validity period is more than 1 year.Conclusion:The paper method is easy to operate and the traditional national standard method has the lowest inspection cost.It is suggested that all institutions choose the inspection method according to the actual situation.
