摘要
林蛙油作为名贵的保健品,具有补肾益精、养阴润肺、健脑益智等多种功效,因价格昂贵,导致市场上出现大量掺假产品。本文对文献进行归纳总结,从指纹图谱法、PCR法、“结合环介导等温扩增(Loop-mediated Isothermal Amplification,LAMP)+微流控”法3个方面,对林蛙油掺假分子生物学检测方法进行综述,以期为快速、准确地进行林蛙油掺假检测提供参考。
As a precious health product,oviductus ranae has many functions such as tonifying kidney and essence,nourishing yin and moistening lung,improving brain and intelligence,etc.Due to its high price,a large number of adulterated products appear in the market.This paper summarized the literature and reviewed the molecular biological detection methods for adulteration of Oviductus Ranae from three aspects:fingerprint method,PCR method and“LAMP+microfluidic”method,in order to provide reference for rapid and accurate detection of adulteration of oviductus ranae.
