摘要
本次研究在生物学分子水平基础之上展开,以花青素合成途径相关基因研究为出发点,建立了桑椹高通量链特异性转录组测序文库,并分别对桑树Mul-UC3GT基因以及Mul-CHS基因在花青素合成过程中的作用及其表达调控进行分析,全面掌握了桑椹花青素鉴定基因的调控网络,通过本次研究,奠定了揭示桑椹花青素合成相关基因分子调控机制的基础,同时也为提升果品品质基因改良提供了重要参考。
This research is carried out on the basis of biological molecular level.Based on the study of genes related to the anthocyanin synthesis pathway,a high-throughput chain-specific transcriptome sequencing library of mulberry has been established,and the Mul-UC3GT genes and the role of Mul-CHS gene in the process of anthocyanin synthesis and its expression regulation were analyzed,and the regulatory network of mulberry anthocyanin identification genes was comprehensively grasped.Through this research,it was laid to reveal the molecular regulation of mulberry anthocyanin synthesis related genes.The basis of the mechanism also provides an important reference for the genetic improvement of fruit quality.
