摘要
病虫害是农作物种植时的常见问题,为能够彻底消除病虫害,很多农户会通过农药的喷洒降低病虫害发生概率。但是最近几年,随着农药使用泛滥,病虫害抗药性越来越强,影响到了农作物生长,为此农户开始大量使用有机磷农药,此农药毒性较强,不合理的使用不仅导致食品残留大量农药,还导致了严重的生态环境污染,对人们身体健康带来消极影响。因此,国家加大了对于食品农药残留的检测力度,气相色谱法便是其中应用较广泛的方法,该方法在食品安全方面发挥了重要作用。本文主要分析了气相色谱原理及其在食品农药残留检测中的应用。
Pests and diseases are common problems in crop planting.In order to completely eliminate pests and diseases,many farmers will reduce the incidence of pests and diseases by spraying pesticides.But in recent years,along with pesticide use,causing the disease and insect resistance is more and more strong,affects the crops,farmers began to extensive use of organophosphorus pesticide,pesticide toxicity is stronger,the unreasonable not only results in the use of food residue of pesticide,and led to serious ecological environment pollution,negative impact for people healthy.Therefore,China has increased the detection of pesticide residues in food,and gas chromatography is a widely used method,which plays an important role in food safety.The principle of gas chromatography and its application in the detection of pesticide residues in food were analyzed in this paper.
