摘要
染液的浓度决定了制片技术的好坏,因此对染液浓度的检测十分重要,然而在实际应用中,染液浓度检测系统在测取光信号时会存在夹杂噪声的问题,并且这种噪声是注定存在的,现采用改进阈值函数的小波去噪算法来去除噪声,将传统的硬阈值函数、软阈值函数和改进型的阈值函数分别对加噪信号进行处理并做对比。将实验得到的数据导入Matlab中进行处理来验证改进阈值函数算法较传统方法的出色之处,将处理后信号的信噪比(SNR)和均方误差(MSE)作为评判降噪的性能指标。实验研究结果表明,改进型的阈值函数兼并了软硬阈值函数的优点,去除噪声的能力也比传统软硬阈值函数去除噪声的能力强,有较好的降噪效果,具有一定的实用价值。
Dye solution concentration determines the quality of the production technology,so the concentration of dyeing liq⁃uid detection is very important,but in practical applications,the concentration of dyeing liquid detection system in the mixed noise problems when they pick up light signals,and the noise is doomed,now with the improved threshold function of wavelet denoising algorithm to remove the noise,the traditional hard threshold function,soft thresholding function and improved threshold function re⁃spectively and compare to add noise signal processing.The experimental data are imported into Matlab for processing to verify the ex⁃cellence of the improved threshold function algorithm compared with the traditional method,and the signal to noise ratio(SNR)and mean square error(MSE)of the processed signal are taken as the performance indicators for judging the noise reduction.The experi⁃mental results show that the improved threshold function incorporates the advantages of the soft and hard threshold function,and has better ability to remove noise than the traditional soft and hard threshold function.
