摘要 智能医疗分布式数据提取受到数据节点数目的影响,为了提高智能医疗分布式数据提取算法的性能,提出了基于MongoDB数据库的智能医疗分布式数据提取算法。在引入MongoDB数据库集群结构的基础上,构建了分布式数据的自定义词库,同时提取出分布式数据的标本名,完成了智能医疗分布式数据的预处理;利用建立分布式数据动态簇的步骤,设计了分布式数据的成簇过程,建立了分布式数据动态簇,最后设计智能医疗分布式数据提取算法,实现了智能医疗分布式数据的提取。实验结果显示,与其他2种数据提取算法相比,基于MongoDB数据库的智能医疗分布式数据提取算法在网络生存期、算法能耗以及提取延时方面的性能更好。 Aiming at the influence of the number of data nodes on intelligent medical distributed data extraction,in order to improve the performance of intelligent medical distributed data extraction algorithm,an intelligent medical distributed data extraction algorithm based on MongoDB database is proposed.Based on the introduction of MongoDB database cluster structure,a user-defined thesaurus of distributed data is constructed,and the specimen names of distributed data are extracted to complete the preprocessing of intelligent medical distributed data.By using the establishment steps of distributed data dynamic cluster,the clustering process of distributed data is designed,and the dynamic cluster of distributed data is established.Finally,the intelligent medical distribution is designed.This algorithm realizes the extraction of intelligent medical distributed data.The experimental results show that compared with the other two data extraction algorithms,the intelligent medical distributed data extraction algorithm based on MongoDB database has better performance in terms of network lifetime,algorithm energy consumption and extraction delay.
