摘要
脑和胃肠系统在生理病理上有着密切的联系,脑-肠轴学说的提出进一步加强了脑和胃肠系统相互作用与关系密切的认识。近年来对脑-肠轴理论的深入研究发现,胃肠道介导的脑-肠轴上行通路:神经、内分泌、免疫、脑肠肽和肠道菌群等对大脑功能具有一定的调节作用。故本研究从中医理论角度出发,结合脑-肠轴学说,创新性地提出调神和胃针刺法,探讨针灸治疗偏头痛的思路,以期为针刺治疗偏头痛提供更为确切的理论依据。
There is a close relationship between brain and gastrointestinal system in physiology and pathology.The theory of brain-gut axis further strengthens the understanding of the interaction between brain and gastrointestinal system.In recent years,the in-depth study of brain-gut axis theory has found that the gastrointestinal tract mediated ascending pathway of brain-gut axis,among which nerve,endocrine,immune,brain-gut peptide and intestinal microbiota have certain regulatory effects on brain function.This study creatively put forward the method of regulating Shen and harmonizing Stomach acupuncture from the perspective of TCM theory combined with brain-gut axis theory,it explored the thinking of acupuncture treatment of migraine,in order to provide more accurate theoretical basis for migraine treatment by acupuncture.
