结合瑶医“盈亏平衡”理论运用油针疗法治疗周围性面瘫恢复期的临床研究

Clinical Study of Oil Acupuncture Treating Convalescence of Peripheral Facial Paralysis Based on Yao Medicine Theory of‘Wax-Wane Balance’

目的:观察瑶医“盈亏平衡”理论指导下的油针疗法治疗周围性面瘫恢复期的临床疗效。方法:将选取契合纳入标准的60例周围性面瘫恢复期患者按照随机数字法分为试验组、对照组,每组各30例,试验组采用瑶医油针疗法治疗;对照组采取普通针刺疗法治疗。两组疗程均为隔天治疗1次,以10次作为1个疗程,共治疗1个疗程。比较两组治疗前及疗程结束后H-B(House-Brakmann)面神经功能分级评分、面瘫portmann评分及sunnybrook面神经评分,最后评价两组患者临床疗效。结果:与本组治疗前比较,治疗后两组H-B面神经功能分级评分水平均比治疗前下降(P<0.05),且试验组较对照组下降更明显(P<0.05);两组治疗后面瘫portmann评分、sunnybrook面神经评分水平明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。比较治疗后总有效率,试验组为93.34%(28/30),明显高于对照组的83.33%(25/30)(P<0.05)。结论:瑶医“盈亏平衡”理论指导下的油针疗法治疗周围性面瘫疗效显著,是治疗周围性面瘫恢复期的新方法,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of oil acupuncture in the treatment of convalescence of peripheral facial paralysis based on Yao medicine theory of‘wax-wane balance’.Methods:60 patients with peripheral facial paralysis during convalescence were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The study group was treated with Yao medicine oil acupuncture,whereas the control group was treated with common acupuncture.The two groups were treated once every other day for 10 times.The House-Brakmann score of facial nerve function,Portmann score and Sunnybrook score of facial paralysis were compared before and after the treatment in the two groups.The clinical curative effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The score of H-B was decreased after the treatment compared to that before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);of which the decrease in the study group was more significant(P<0.05).The Portmann score and Sunnybrook score were significantly increased after the treatment compared to those before the treatment group in the two groups(P<0.05);of which the increases in the study group were more significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 93.34%(28/30)in the study group,which was significantly higher than 83.33%(25/30)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oil acupuncture based on Yao medicine theory of‘wax-mane balance’has a significant effect on peripheral facial paralysis.It is a new method to treat the convalescent stage of peripheral facial paralysis,which is worth promoting in clinic.
