通窍活血针法联合耳针治疗脑卒中后吞咽困难的疗效及对饮水功能影响

Effect of Tongqiao Huoxue Acupuncture Combined with Ear Acupuncture on Drinking Water Function in Treatment of Post-Stroke Dysphagia

目的:探讨通窍活血针法联合耳针治疗脑卒中后吞咽困难的疗效及对饮水功能影响。方法:随机将本院收治的脑卒中后吞咽困难患者96例分为对照组(48例,耳针疗法)和治疗组(48例,通窍活血针法联合耳针),对比临床疗效、SWAL-QOL评分、NIHSS评分、中医症候积分、田饮水试验评分和VFSS评分变化。结果:经过治疗后,治疗组疗效显著较高(P<0.05);治疗后两组SWAL-QOL评分、田饮水试验评分和VFSS评分明显升高,中医症候积分、NIHSS评分明显降低(P<0.05),并且治疗组改善较多(P<0.05);治疗后两组血清SOD和MDA水平显著改善(P<0.05),且治疗组改善较多(P<0.05)。结论:采用通窍活血针法联合耳针治疗脑卒中后吞咽困难具有较好的治疗效果。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Tongqiao Huoxue acupuncture combined with ear acupuncture on drinking water function in the treatment of post-stroke.Methods:96 patients with post-stroke dysphagia were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ear acupuncture;on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with Tongqiao Huoxue acupuncture.Clinical efficacy and the scores of SWAL-QOL,NIHSS,TCM syndrome,water swallowing test and VFSS were compared between the two groups after the treatment.Results:The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of SWAL-QOL,water swallowing test and VFSS were significantly increased,whereas the scores of NIHSS and TCM syndrome were significantly decreased after the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);of which the improvements were more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).The serum levels of SOD and MDA were significantly improved after the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);of which the improvements were more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongqiao Huoxue acupuncture combined with ear acupuncture has a good efficacy in the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia.
