密集型银质针导热疗法治疗慢性非特异性下腰痛的红外热成像临床研究

Clinical Study of Intense Heat Conduction of Silver Needles on Infrared Thermography Evaluation in Treatment of CNSLBP

目的:探讨慢性非特异性下腰痛患者采取密集型导热疗法治疗的临床疗效。方法:选择2019年8月—2020年1月山东第一医科大学附属颈肩腰腿痛医院中医骨伤科门诊及住院部收治的符合纳入标准的60例慢性非特异性下腰痛患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,试验组给予密集型银质针导热疗法治疗,对照组给予针刀治疗,于治疗前、治疗后14 d和治疗后2个月分别记录两组患者的视觉模拟评分(VAS)、ODI指数评分和红外热成像温度变化情况。结果:疗程结束后,两组的VAS、ODI积分均低于本组治疗前,温度均升高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗后2个月试验组较对照组VAS、ODI评分及温度均有显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:密集型导热疗法治疗慢性非特异性下腰痛有明显的远期疗效,红外热成像检查可以客观评价其临床疗效。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of intensive heat conduction therapy in the treatment of chronic non-specific low back pain(CNSLBP).Methods:60 patients with CNSLBP,who met the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The study group was treated with intense heat conduction of silver needles,whereas the control group was treated with acupotomy.The scores of VAS and ODI,and the temperature changes of infrared thermography were observed and recorded before and after 14 days and after 2 months of the treatment.Results:The scores of VAS and ODI were significantly lower,and the temperature was higher after the treatment than those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05).The improvements in the scores of VAS and ODI,as well as in the temperature were more significant in the study group than those in the control group after 2 months of the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intense heat conduction has a long-term effect on CNSLBP.Infrared thermography can objectively evaluate its clinical effect.
