新时代中国共产党劳动观是对马克思主义劳动观的继承和发展,既凸显了生存之维的尊严价值指向,也阐扬了发展之维的幸福价值关怀,还阐明了解放之维的自由价值图景。在生存之维中,它内蕴了以体面为趋向、以人格为聚焦、以能力为核心的尊严趋旨;在发展之维中,它诠释了涵蕴情感之维、价值之维、实践之维的价值表达;在解放之维中,它不仅指涉了以自主性为特质的人的全面发展的实现,更显明了以超越性为宗旨的自由个性的生成。

The labor view of the Communist Party of China in the new era is the succession and development of Marxist view of labor.It not only highlights the value orientation of dignity in the dimension of survival,but also elucidates the value concern of happiness in the dimension of development and the value picture of freedom in the dimension of liberation.In the dimension of existence,it contains the dignity as the trend,personality as the focus,and ability as the core;in the dimension of development,it interprets the value expression which contains the dimension of emotion,value and practice;in the dimension of liberation,it not only refers to the realization of comprehensive development characterized by autonomy,but also shows the formation of free personality with the purpose of transcendence.
